In the Republic of Armenia on the slope of Biblical Mount Ararat is situated the town Tsaghkadzor. The town is famous as an international center of tourism and skiing, where there is an especially significant chairlift with five stations and more than a dozen ski runs. The armchaired ropeway of Tsaghkadzor is located on the eastern slope of Mount Teghenis, 1966-2819 meters above sea level. It started functioning since 1967. From the height of 2819 meters, where the speedy chairlift will take you in 32 minutes, all of Armenia is visible at a glance and if the weather is clear you can enjoy the breathtaking view of Mount Ararat. In 2004 the Italian “LEITNER” company replaced the former ropeway with a new, modern ropeway. Thanks to the investments made by the President of the National Olympic Committee of Armenia Gagik Tsarukyan in 2017, now the ropeway is presented to the visitors fully equipped and repaired. Now the ropeway and ski slopes are equipped with the best equipment, which guarantees active and safe rest for tourists and fans of ski racing. There are also bar-cafes, as well as rescue, first aid, training and other services for beginners. All this becomes perfect in combination with the delightful nature and the clean air of sunlit Tsaghkadzor.

Hotel Multi Rest House is located in a very attractive place, which is located on wooded slopes, in the heart of the forest and immersed in nature, and the fresh air in Tsakhkadzor permeates all windows of the hotel. The hotel complex consists of the main building, entertainment center, family hotel, two-storey and three-storey family cottage, designed for 250-300 guests.
